7/13 - 8:30pm - 4 pcs of fried chicken, 1srv mashed potatoes, 1 srv. mac & cheese, 1srv coleslaw (yeah...f u! I know its a lot!)
7/13 - 12:00pm Togo's half salad (Cobb Salad w/ranch) & soup (chicken tortilla), Small Mountain Dew
7/10 - 12:00PM - 1 serv kalua pig, 2 spam musibi, 1 serv mac salad, 2 beers
7/10 - 9:30AM - 1 slc banana bread, 2 cups of green tea, daily vitamin, glucosamine chondritin
7/9 - 11:00pm - 4 chicken wings, 2 pcs garlic bread, 1 slice of hawaiian pizza
7/9 - 7:00pm - 1 slice of hawaiian pizza
7/9 - 4:00pm - Protein bar
7/9 - 12:15pm - Tomato Basil Soup (1 serv)
7/9 - 9:15am - Breakfast - 2 cups of green tea, protein bar, daily vitamin
